The steamer works great but the fact that this steam sauna comes without a chair to seat inside and the weakness of the pvc structure is very disappointing.. I kept it because I really needed it for health reasons ( Fortunately I didn’t throw away the chair nor the foot massager from my previous portable steam sauna )I really wanted to like this thing because I believe in the power of steam for health. However this material was very cheaply built and the piping inside of it broke down within A-day or 2. If I was able to buy a more expensive unit made with higher grade materials I would have kept it. It does look a bit unsightly so that's another thing to consider if you gonna get one of these. Breaking it down and putting it back together is not an option because I'm too lazy to do that and if it's not there and set up then I'd likely won't use it. As such I returned it and I plan on getting an actual steam Room for my home in the futureThe Actual spa is great but the steam pot broke the first day cheaply made; and you have to return the entire unit for an exchange not just the pot,I did like the fact didn't receive all my stuff I didn't get the chair or what to the sauna I hope it comes itIt’s not a bad product but it won’t stay in place .parts keep braking apart when you go insideOh where to begin...1. The plastic tubing's came very dusty. I was covered in white plastic flakes when I unpacked it and put it together.2. Instructions were very unclear and left out many parts.3. Remote control is horrible. You need to point it directly at the unit for it to work. It does not come with a chair like the other.4. The tubing gets so hot on the inside so if you try to move around inside, you might accidently touch the tubing and get burned.5. The item exploded after 10 minutes even with just water and sprayed water everywhere.GoodGreat ! Using with ozone generator. Highly recommend.
