I saw other notes about runs small. I figured that since I was going from a current size xl product to size l product anyways, a l would be fine. I feel the need to clarify, it definitely runs small, even for compressionwear. It is more like a medium than a large in the tummy part. I usually struggle with the legs/hip area for sizing, but that fit just fine on this item.
