Wow! This is by far the BEST and TOP QUALITY product I've purchased to date! I previously purchased about 8 other similar items trying to find the perfect fit, fabric, quality etc. And let me just say that this has topped them all. Compared to other similar items available, this one is the most expensive. However, I took a chance because I honestly didn't get what I wanted in the others. The fabric is top quality and thinner than the others which at first it concerned me thinking I wouldn't sweat as much ( I would know, tried them all) but I was pleasantly surprised that I was sweating buckets during cardio. Unbelievable! Furthermore, it's extremely comfortable. The sleeves are fantastic! All along the sides from the sleeve armpit area to the sides of your torso there's breathable cool (not hot) fabric that makes it even more flexible and comfy. I've been using it everyday since I got it and I'm definitely buying at least 4 more just because it needs to be washed after each use due to being drenched in sweat. So I will need one for each day of the week. Of course, I will buy them slowly because they are not cheap. From a $13 vest to a $50 vest, yeah that's expensive but worth every single penny. Highly highly recommend it. The sizing is perfect as well. I'm short 5'2 165lbs so not sure how this applies to taller people but it's just the perfect length for me especially the length. It's long enough to cover my entire abdominal area which the others don't as they are all too short same with the sleeves and the fit is perfect. And this is my first ever review by the way only because I spent hours and days reading reviews trying to find this. Good luck. Happy sweating ??it does what it's spouse to, but the rubber smell doesn't really go away and I don't know if I've just gotten used to it or it actually has diminish a little, and it does rise, but I bought this one because it does have that open spot in the bust area because I don't want may chest size to go down at all, but if you do any sort of up and down jumping work out it will rise up, especially if you don't have quite the flat stomach and after 2 kids I assure you I don't, but I'm working on that, I have lost some weight and I do believe this has help me a little but then again I also juice in the mornings and I'm attempting to be a little healthier than before because I'm the kind of person that I gain weight by looking at food so I know I had to change my lifestyle and so far juicing is what works for me (and trust me I've tried plenty of other ways) and I have been able to stick with this one and now I'm adding some exercising so I'll be using this for extra help, I'll let you know how it goes.I’ve been using the sweat bands for several years whenever I want to trim down inches on my midsection and that’s always worked, of course with diet and exercise too, but this stuff helps a lot. I bought this vest bc I’m wanting to target my arms and back as well. It came way quicker than was quoted and I used it for the first time yesterday at the gym and I have to say I’m really happy with it. It heats you pretty good and makes you sweat like it says. I purchased the xl, I’m 5’4 195lb and it was a snug fit just the way I like but the arms are a little bit tight which I didn’t mind too much after wearing for a bit. The length was good for my height and I did layer with a sweat band on my mid n for hips for extra sweat. Overall I like it and will add an update after a couple weeks of use.It does what it says helps you sweat a lot and helps you feel like you got a great workout. definitely would recommend to buy a size smaller then recommended if your a women because this is a unisex and it does stretch out over couple of weeks. i give it a 4 because when your jumping or moving a lot it tends to go up to your belly button and you have to keep putting it down. would have been better if it was not zip up and more like an adjustable trimmer beltI just got it so I'm going to try it for a week.. The material doesn't seem to make me sweat unless I go to the gym or I do extreme activities. I had other neoprene belts that as soon you put them on it make you sweat, that's why I might try this vest for only one or two work outs and see if it works . They are big so if you want to wear it very tight then you need to order one or two sizes smaller .. I'm going try to update any comments as soon I go to the gym .. Something that I like is that my upper arms are cover too, and because it's a vest with arms , I don't have to worry that it's going to fall down my arms when I start sweating,that's why I gave 2 starts ... So basically i will try to update this comment after I try the body spa vest at the gym .. The delivery on prime was on time .. I got it the same day at the time it was showing on my tracking ..I wear this when I am working out. It's oddly tight on the shoulder but not loose on the back. And the company is aware of its flaw so stated on a piece of paper to cover up their mistake? But I still like them. It basically looks like a wetsuit. Helps me to sweat more when I workout. I wear this and sweat belt on top to sweat even more during my cardio. Smells bad but it comes from the material so understandable. But just wonder if this is worth of $50. But since other similar products really really sucks, I had no choice.I am 5'4 133 lb I purchased a medium and it fit perfect. Went to the gym today and you can really feel the heat when you're working out and my body was very wet from sweat when I took it off. So I Have to Give It 2 Thumbs Up!Short in the torso but other than that, I really like this sauna vest. Better than the sauna suit I purchase from a different vendor (here on Amozon) . The zipper stays up while training in this and you are more free to use the facilities. I use in conjunction with like shorts or pants (neoprene).Love it
